This booklet, used in the implementation of Smart Start’s economic empowerment adaptation, Smart Steps, supports groups of married adolescent girls to establish leadership and rules to govern facilitation of a savings and loan association. Using this booklet they can form a group charter, understand how to record their meeting sessions, and track the group’s accounting.
