One memory that has stayed with me is of a newly married couple in Gula Abena Kebele, Saesea-Tsadaemba Woreda. I remember seeing them using their Smart Start Goal Cards, actively saving money at Anbesa Bank while choosing a long-acting reversible contraceptive. They had a clear vision of when to have children, how to prepare financially, and what resources they would need. Watching that young couple plan both their family and their livelihood with such clarity left a lasting impression on me.

That moment captured what made A360 different for me: the power of human-centered design backed by continuous learning. It showed that real impact comes from listening to communities and adapting based on what we hear, not from delivering a fixed solution. Helping young couples connect financial planning with family planning gave them a real sense of ownership over their future, and seeing adolescents take charge of their own health and goals was the most rewarding part of my time as a Field Adviser.
