Winnie Musubika is the Senior Technical Advisor AYSRH for the A360 project at PSI, where she provides technical guidance on areas inclusive of; a) Activities relating to social behavior changes, including key influencer engagement. b) Efforts aimed at enhancing support for contraceptive continuation. c) Meaningful adolescent and youth engagement (MAYE).
Winnie holds a master’s degree in public health with a background in Nursing Science. Her experience in sexual and reproductive health spans over fifteen (15) years, specifically focussing on Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR), HIV/AIDS care and treatment, and Reproductive Rights. She is passionate about adolescent girls’ and young women’s development; fostering an environment for every adolescent and young girl to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. Winnie is effective at result-oriented ASRHR program design, delivery, and management, and has been heavily involved in developing innovative and replicable models of ASRH service delivery, social behavioural change, and capacity development in LMICs. Outside work, Winnie enjoys watching movies and travelling.
