Dionne is a communication and advocacy specialist with over a decade of experience across non-profit and private sectors. Her expertise spans various disciplines, including communications strategy development and implementation, project management, stakeholder engagement, crisis communication, storytelling, copywriting and editing, media relations and digital communication.
Before joining PSI, Dionne led advocacy and communications at the People’s Action for Learning (PAL) Network. During her tenure, she successfully conceptualized and executed regional and national policy dialogues aimed at strengthening the voice and awareness of foundational literacy and numeracy of children in sub-Saharan Africa and the Global South. Dionne has previously worked at Flemingo International as Communications and PR Lead.
Dionne is passionate about social causes, particularly those that affect children, girls, and women. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in communication and Public Relations complemented by an advanced Diploma in TV Production. Her commitment to leveraging communication for positive social change is evident throughout her impressive career.
