As a learning project, PSI’s flagship adolescent sexual and reproductive health program, Adolescents 360 (A360) used its external 2018 mid-term evaluation (MTE) to support corrections and adaptive management over the course of the project’s two-and-a-half-years of implementation, from late 2018 to 2020.
These course corrections can largely be summarized as an intentional shift in priorities — away from a streamlined ‘minimum viable product’ focused on cost-efficiency, to a ‘recommended viable product’ that balanced cost objectives with deeper investments in program quality, client experience and sustainable impact.
